A Telegram bot for learning Spanish with spaced-repetition flashcards — plus a browser extension that tops up the deck in one click. Select or type a word, hit “Add”, and the bot sends it back to you for review.
You learn a language with spaced-repetition flashcards, and you keep running into new words right in the browser: in an article, a chat, a subtitle. You want to add them to your deck, but that means switching to the app, recalling the word, typing it in by hand. Half the words get lost along the way.
Notilingo already had a Telegram bot that sends flashcards for review. What was missing was a fast way to top up the deck right where you meet the word — in the browser, in one click.
A small popup in the browser: type a word, phrase, grammar rule or interesting note, hit “Add” — and it becomes a flashcard. And when a word turns up right in the text, select it and add it with a right-click via “Add to Notilingo”, without even opening the extension popup. Reviews arrive in Telegram as usual, on a smart spacing schedule.
A separate options page links the extension to your account via a personal key from the bot. Paste the key once, and everything works seamlessly after that.
Words, phrases and rules — with the “Add” button or Ctrl / Cmd + Enter.
Select text on a page and add it via the “Add to Notilingo” context menu — without opening the extension popup.
Flashcards land in your account and repeat on a 1 → 3 → 7 → 21 → 60-day interval system.
Never reads page content and never watches your history — the only thing that leaves is the text you typed, or selected and added yourself. No trackers.
The only permission is local storage for your key. Nothing else.
/link command — the bot returns a personal key.
Between “saw a new word” and “it’s in the deck” there is now a single click. Topping up your vocabulary became as easy as stumbling on it — which means more reviews and fewer forgotten words.
Tell us about your project — we'll respond honestly, no deck with 60 slides.
