Fleet Billing

Management and billing system for fleet operators. Pricing, reports, integrations.

A spreadsheet is not a system

Vlad runs a fleet operation. Vehicles, routes, operators, pricing plans — all of it needs not just tracking, but billing, invoicing, and budget management. In practice, that looked like: Excel, email, manual reconciliations, and lost rows.

The bigger the fleet, the louder the chaos. Off-the-shelf solutions either missed the specific requirements or demanded so much customisation that building your own was the saner option.

«I wanted to see my fleet's finances as clearly as I see the vehicles on the map. No existing product could do that.»

Financial command centre for the fleet

We built a cross-platform billing system — web, Android, iOS — with a shared core and real-time sync. At the heart: a complex relational database handling flexible pricing rules, storing transaction history, and connecting operators, vehicles, and pricing plans in a single coherent logic without losing data integrity.

The system automatically generates invoices, tracks budgets per vehicle, and notifies users of key events — limit exceeded, threshold approaching, payment confirmed. Humans are removed from the loop wherever possible.

«We're building a system where the fleet's financial picture updates itself — no calls, no reconciliations, no 'did you write that down?'»
