In project management since 2015. Started on large-scale infrastructure builds — airports, energy facilities — where I got hands-on with engineering and IT systems (networks, low-voltage, SCADA), and, somewhat unexpectedly, learned Agile and Scrum in the field, working within a Toyota Production System framework: constant search for and rollout of improvements.

Over the years I've run projects across 10+ industries — transport, energy (including renewables), agri-tech, fintech, mining, procurement, international trade.

Since 2022, fully in IT: side projects, custom development, freelance, and my own studio, StaffiloCode.

For partners, that means more than delivery against a spec: a strategic, well-rounded view of the task — from naming and slogans to turning a single-purpose product into a full ecosystem.
